I ended up just buying it from the Gun Runners, I have really good Bartering and Charisma in game so I've just gotten back to selling stuff again. I always just kill every respawning NPC I come across for loot. Naughty Nightwear+Lucky Shades+Luck Implant will give +3 bonus Luck and can land you into breaking the bank at all the casinos.Īlso, if you sneak kill an NPC with a silent weapon (melee or silenced guns), nobody will know it's you even if they are right next to the killing.
